Inconsistent Tax Related fields in Lease Authoring Pages vs. Lease Center Form (Doc ID 2580883.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Issues with consistency have been noticed regarding three fields in the Asset > Taxes and Filings tab in the Authoring UI and their corresponding fields in the Lease Center Asset Billing, Tax Attributes and Adjustments tab.

The first part of the issue is that the labels are slightly different. In the Authoring UI the fields are labeled with these values:

Transfer of Title
Sale and Lease Back
Purchase of Lease

In the Lease Center, what appear to be the same fields, are labeled with these values:

Transfer of Title
Sale and Lease Finance Back
Purchase of Lease and Finance

The second portion of the issue involves the use of the last two fields in each of the lists above.
If Sale and Lease Back is checked in the Authoring UI, the Lease Center displays Sale and Lease Finance Back as not checked and Purchase of Lease and Finance as checked. The reverse is also found, if Purchase of Lease and Finance is checked in the Authoring UI then the Lease Center will show that as not checked but Sale and Lease Finance Back is checked.

It was also noticed that if the User attempts to update these check boxes in the Lease Center, when saving a Note box pops up with the word "hello" and an OK button. Clicking OK will close the box. If the Contract is in a New status, and maybe others, another Note box will open indicating that the update cannot be performed in the current status. This second message is valid. However, when saving in a Booked contract the change is allowed and the second Note box is not received, but the "hello" box still opens.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the fields to be labeled the same, and show the same values in both UIs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a contract to the Asset > Taxes and Filings tab.
2. Check the box for Sale and Lease Back and save.
3. Open the contract in the Lease Center and:
  (a) Select the Asset tab
  (b) Click the Asset Details button
  (c) Select the Billing, Tax Attributes and Adjustments tab.
  (d) Sale and Lease Finance Back will not be checked, but
  Purchase of Lease and Finance will be checked.
