ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to add values to the flexfield validation,  the Structure is not listed in the list of values (LOV)


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the flexfield structure in the LOV so values can be entered.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. System Administrator
2. Application > Flexfield > Key Flexfield > Values
3. Enter the following:

Find Values by Key Flexfield
Application: Human Resources
Title: Personal Analysis Flexfield
Structure:  <no values available>
