Goal

In the wf_notifications table, a large amount of WF_ERROR notification data including the following PO-related subscription names in the subject is generated.

oracle.apps.po.event.pdoi_po_created
oracle.apps.po.event.po_approved
oracle.apps.po.event.req_reassign
oracle.apps.po.event.po_rejected
