Goal
To create a credit memo through Trade Management to resolve a claim that has been opened in AR Cash Application.
For example, during cash application
Invoice = $1000, Cash receipt = $800
Create receipt = $800, apply to invoice for $1000 => unapplied = -$200
Open Claim Investigation = -$200
