Problem Statement
When attempting to receive Drop Shipment PO,
the following error occurs.

Error
PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS.ERROR_MESSAGE shows
Fails in OE_DROP_SHIPMENT

Steps to Reproduce

  1. The issue can not be reproduced at will for new PO.
