Symptoms

When trying to find an item in the Organization Items form, the following error occurs.

Error
FRM-40350: query caused no records to be retrieved.

Note the items are defined in the mtl_system_item_b table

Steps
1. Navigate to Items>Organization Items
2. Query for an item
