Symptoms

Webserver(s) are reported as 'Not Responding' on 'Scalability Overview' and 'Configuration Collection'.


Configuration and Administration > Cluster Management > Scalability Overview.
Configuration & Administration > Technical Support >Configuration Collection, then select Scalability option to Collect.

 

The following Web Servers are not responding (configured with SSO)
http://URL.com:<Port_Num> Webserver is not responding Warning
http://URL.com:<Port_Num> Webserver is not responding Warning
