Symptoms
When attempting to update bank account name and account number
the following error occurs.
ERROR
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.DMLException: JBO-26041: Failed to post data to database during "Update": SQL Statement "UPDATE CE_BANK_ACCOUNTS BankAccountEO SET BANK_ACCOUNT_NAME=:1,LAST_UPDATE_DATE=:2,LAST_UPDATED_BY=:3,LAST_UPDATE_LOGIN=:4,BANK_ACCOUNT_NUM=:5,PAYMENT_MULTI_CURRENCY_FLAG=:6,RECEIPT_MULTI_CURRENCY_FLAG=:7,MASKED_ACCOUNT_NUM=:8,OBJECT_VERSION_NUMBER=:9,BANK_ACCOUNT_NUM_ELECTRONIC=:10 WHERE BANK_ACCOUNT_ID=:11".
