Repair Order - Sales Orders Created Even If Estimate Lines Are Not Authorized (Doc ID 2581939.1)

Symptoms

Repair Order - Sales Orders created even if Estimate lines are not authorized  
Is the status of the repair estimate linked to creating and processing logistic lines?

Steps:

(R) Depot Repair
(N) Repair Orders
 - Query Service Order
 - Navigate to the Details tab
 - The 'Estimate Approval Required' box is checked

 - Repair Estimate tab:
  . Status = 'Bid' or 'Rejected' or 'Approved'.
  . Estimated Charge = $100

 - Logistics tab => 2 lines created:
  . Return line, with Status = Submitted, with an Order number.
  . Ship line, with Status = Submitted, with an Order number.

=> Users are able to process the Logistic lines and create RMA and Ship orders even when the 'Estimate Approval Required' box is checked.

Expected Functionality:

The lines should not be processed until the status is customer approved.
