Goal

How to setup DFF to default the context value based on org id

You have defined DFF context value in order capture and order management to capture the additional information in iStore.

In iStore in shopping cart if you click additional information, this asking you to choose the context value.

Your requirement is not to choose the context value but to default the context value in iStore based on user's operating unit.
