Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Batches
Unable to Release some Batches and Close some Batches, all batches created before a certain date
We are facing below error while trying to close the Batch and while trying to release the step of some batches.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
