On : 12.2.8 version, Subledger Accounting
When attempting to navigate to the Subledger Accounting Methods form

Application Accounting Definition is disable after R12.2.X upgrade
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Subledger Accounting Methods (SLAM) form using Responsibility 'SLA Super User'.
2. Observed that Application Accounting Definition button was grayed out
