Upgrade to R12.2.7 AGIS WebADI Intercompany - Single Batch Entry Is Not Storing Pre-Populated Account Segment Values in LOV (Doc ID 2582904.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 30, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle General Ledger - Version 12.2.7 and later
Oracle Web Applications Desktop Integrator - Version 12.2.7 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On the R12.2.7 upgraded instance when uploading AGIS Batches using that standard WebADI Integrator "Intercompany - Single Batch Entry",
The user enters the Account Combination and tries to edit some values in the Account Flexfield using LOV, the previously entered value becomes either blank or is defaulted to zero.

The behavior is the same whether User is selecting the Flexfield Values from LOV or enters the Account Combination manually, for either Initiator Account or Recipient Account fields.

In the R12.1.1 environment when the user is opening the Accounting Flexfield LOV, the existing values are maintained.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation path: Desktop Integration > Create Document > Select Integrator "Intercompany - Single Batch Entry"
2. Select needed Initiator, Viewer, and Layout "Intercompany - Single Batch Entry"
3. Enter Account Combination or select values from Account Flexfield LOV into Recipient Account or Initiator Account fields
4. Open Account Flexfield LOV and observe that Account Segment Values are reset to blank or defaulted to zero.
