ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Journal description is incorrectly populated with incorrect period name for few accruals
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the journal description should take the journal period and not the calendar peirod
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a OU which has 4-4-5 calendar
2. Run accrual program
3. For the perid 31st Jan which belongs to Feb-19 period, the accrual journal description is populated as Jan-19
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct journal description
and makes the reconciliation difficult
