ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Settlement Related payments are not appearing in the GSTR-3B Report.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Settlement Related payment should be appear in the GSTR-3B Report.
STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Run the GSTR-3B Report.
2. The Settlement Payment transactions are not appearing.
