After OSN IP Address Change Can No Longer Send Outbound POs (Doc ID 2583467.1)

Goal

Trying to send the PO (Purchase Order) Outbound through OSN, the delivery is not happening.The IP address of the OSN was changed.

Executing wget the following is shown:
