New Enhancement <Bug 29433553> : SKIP LOT FUNCTION ENHANCEMENT was implemented and released in R12.2.9.

Is it possible to provide a one off patch to give the Oracle Quality Skip Lot Enhancement functionality in version 12.2.9 to 12.2.7 without upgrading to 12.2.9?
