Invalid Dates are allowed to Save in the Batch by Element Page (Doc ID 2583743.1)

Problem Statement:

Batch By Element Page allows to save invalid Dates in the Input Value

Steps to Reproduce :

Manager Self Service -> BEE
Create by Batch
Prove a Name and Click on Next
Enter the Name and the Element.
When you provide Input values,
Try to provide a Date , similar to this
18-MAR-20+19

It allows to Save,Validate and process without any error.

Impact :

Creates some duplicate lines in the next month process.
