400 Bad Request when accessing the ECC from EBS (Doc ID 2583984.1)

Symptoms

On a fresh install of ECC, when  trying to open the Command Center which is included in the EBS the following error message can be seen:

400 Bad Request: {"title":"For input string: \"NU\"","status":400,"detail":[{"methodName":"toBytes","fileName":"NUMBER.java","lineNumber":1892,"className":"oracle.sql.NUMBER","nativeMethod":false},{"methodName":"stringToBytes","fileName":"NUMBER.java","lineNumber":3403,"className":"oracle.sql.NUMBER","nativeMethod":false},{"methodName":"<init>","fileName":"NUMBER.java","lineNumber":330,"className":"oracle.sql.NUMBER","nativeMethod":false}],"timeStamp":"2019-08-08T11:01:58","debugMessage":"java.lang.NumberFormatException"}

 

 

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Install ECC and integrate it with EBS
  2. Login into EBS console
  3. Choose an ECC responsibility (e.q. ECC Receivables)
