Mass Appraisal Creation Process Is Not Started After Changing The Task Start Date To Current Date (Doc ID 2584010.1)

Symptoms

On 12.2.7 version R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.11 of Application.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------

Observed that, Against an existing published plan When the Task Start Date is updated to system date and republished,

The existing scheduled "Mass Appraisal Creation" program is cancelled and there is no new schedule of "Mass Appraisal Creation" program with the system date as the run date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that, Against an existing published plan When the Task Start Date is updated to system date and republished,

The existing scheduled "Mass Appraisal Creation" program can be cancelled and there should be a new schedule of "Mass Appraisal Creation" program with the system date as the run date.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using "HR Professional V4.0" Responsibility.

2. Navigate to Function "Performance Management".

3. Create a New Plan and Publish it.

4. Observe that, Program "Mass Appraisal Creation" was scheduled as on the "Task Start Date" given in the Plan Configuration.

5. Now update the Task Start Date to system date and republish the plan.

6. Observe that, already scheduled "Mass Appraisal Creation" program is "Cancelled".

7. Expect a new "Mass Appraisal Creation" program to be scheduled with the system date as the run date. But the same is not done.

Note: Fixed file version of Internal Patch 23535196:R12.PER.C - WHEN UPDATING THE PERFORMANCE PLAN START DATE,THE MASS APPRAISAL DATE DOES NOT is available in the Instance.
