ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Users are able to reassign/forward the Requisition/Purchase Order approval notifications by choosing REASSIGN/FORWARD and you select "Employee position".
The Notification goes to the incorrect approver

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The system should not allow reassign/forwarding approval notification via employee position

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility

2. Open Notification

3. Re-assign the notification via "Employee position"

4. Notification goes to the incorrect approver
