Symptoms
On : 12.2.7 version, Appraisals with R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.13 <Patch 2886299902>:
Webpage error message appears in Performance Management.
When creating an appraisal, Webpage error appears and HTML tags appears in Overall comments and feedback comment boxes.
Note: Applied <Patch 29820487>:R12.PER.C on top of R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.13 <Patch 2886299902> and tested in Chrome. It is working as expected in Chrome but not in Internet Explorer (IE).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
When creating an appraisal, webpage error appears and HTML tags appears in Overall comments and feedback comment boxes.
Text not wrapping in Appraisee feedback.
