On : 12.2 HRMS RUP12 version, US Payroll Reports - General

When attempting to Submit the Multiple Worksite Report for SPWL (MWS) Concurrent Program for the Quarterly filing the following error occurs.

The Multiple Worksite Report for SPWL (MWS) returns unit number 99999 for the location

Company Legal Name : No Worksite defined for earnings
Address of Company :

Work Site Description : No Worksite defined for earnings
Reporting Unit Number : 99999
Establishment Trade Name : No Worksite defined for earnings

Worksite description no worksite defined for earnings
Reporting Unit Number 99999
Establishment Trade Name: no worksite defined for earnings

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Follow Setup outlined in US: Multiple Worksite Report Setup (MWS) - How to setup? <Note 1400194.1>
2. Navigate to Submit Process and Reports > Single Request >  Submit the Multiple Worksite Report for SPWL
3. Observe the 9999 Error on the MWS report

Due to this issue, users cannot submit a valid work location address for all work locations on the Multiple Worksite Report for SPWL process for Quarterly reporting
