IGIPVERP Subcontractor Verification Process

Symptoms

When verifying subcontractors by running IGIPVERP - Subcontractor Verification Process program through the XML gateway , after Patch 28653170 (CIS Enhancement to remove password hashing using MD5), the following error message was thrown. The new certificate was imported as per Note 2371641.1 and restarted Apache.

Error occurred while connecting to CIS Server "TLSv1"
