CLM Global Update Function Does Not Work For Info SLINS (Doc ID 2585040.1)

Symptoms

On :  12.2.6 version, Requisition

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
CLM Global Update Function Does Not Work for Info SLINS  

When utilizing the Global Update function in CLM, after performing the update, a message appears indicating the update was successful.

However, upon reviewing the lines intended to be updated the INFO SLINS did not receive the update.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
After updating lines through global update function, lines should reflect the new changes


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into EBS > CLM Responsibility
2. Go to Award tab > Query Award
3. Update line

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the global update option
