Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version,

When trying to update the asset group.User is getting below
ERROR
-----------------------
Update procedure failed with the following error message:
You cannot change asset group for the asset number with open work order existing.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Resp: Enterprise Asset Management
1. Asset Group --> try to update the Asset Group


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the Asset Group
