Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, ECC Cost Management

When attempting to run ECC Cost Management Load program

the following error occurs.

ERROR

There is SQLException while applying load rule for dataset cst-phc-invt for job 12,014. Exception details ORA-04063: view "APPS.CST_ECC_PHC_INV_SRC_TXNS_V" has errors oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer11.processError(T4CTTIoer11.java:494) oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer11.processError(T4CTTIoer11.java:446) oracle.jdbc.driver.T4C8Oall.processError(T4C8Oall.java:1054) oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIfun.receive(T4CTTIfun.java:623)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Submitted 'Cost Management' load program from ECC Developer Responsibility
Submitted the load program with the below parameters
1) Application Name : Cost Management
2) Data Set: All
3) Load Type: Full
