Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
"View Requests" and "Assessments" Tabs are not translated into Spanish after changing current session language to Spanish.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
"View Requests" and "Assessments" should be translated into the Spanish language when current session preference language is changed to Spanish.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iSupplier Portal Full Access
2. Change language to Spanish in preferences
3. Checked that "View Requests" and "Assessments" tabs are not translated
