ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Recipe Routing step quantities are not calculated correctly when Recipe is copied and routing information is changed. The routing step quantities show the values related to the old routing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To show the correct step quantity based on the new routing.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Formulator
2. Navigation: Recipes
3. Copy an existing recipe. Change information on the new recipe including routing.
4. Notice that the step quantities have not been updated to reflect the new routing.
