Symptoms

When attempting to create a Service Request with a new SR Type that was assigned to a new Territory defined for the auto-assignment of Groups, the following error is displayed.  

Errors
Automatic assignment API did not return a valid resource for
this assignment.
(API_NAME=CS_SERVICEREQUEST_PVT.vldt_sr_rec)

 

Steps
(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
Create new SR
Save

The error above is displayed.
