In depot repair pricing modifier do not applied
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that In depot repair pricing modifier should be applied
WHAT IS WORKING
------------------------------
For sales order line created from Order management for same customer ,the modifier gets applied
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to applications
2. Go to Depot User responsibility
3. Navigate to Repair Orders
4. Create Service Order
5.In Repair Actual , A Labor line is added
Sales order is generated
6.Go to Order Management responsibility
7.Query for sales order created
Observe that in adjustments the modifier defined for customer used to create sales order is not applied
