Trial balance detail report does not show decimal values when run for KRW currency.

Trial balance detail report not show decimal values when run for KRW currency.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to General ledger Responsibility
2. View > Request > Submit a new request.
