On : 12.2.8 version, Setup and Policy Management

Error in creating OCM Scoring Model

Error: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigation: Credit Management Superuser > Credit Management > Credit Management > Policy Management > Scores
2. Click on Create Scoring Model.
3. Create Scoring Model: Define Scoring Model - Enter data. Click Next.
4. Create Scoring Model: Select Data Points - Selected data points. Click Next.
5. Create Scoring Model: Assign Data Point Ranges and Scores - Enter ranges and scores. Click Next.
Error: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create the Scoring Models, which means users cannot complete the rest of the Credit Management configurations.
