Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Bills
The resources form BOMFDORS is prompting for a variance account for an uncosted resource.
This happens when you pull up a costed resource via the find icon, and then you pull up another uncosted resource via the find icon and want to perform some maintenance.
It acts like the costed information from the previous record does not clear itself, and then when you pull up an uncosted resource and try to perform maintenance, you will be prompted to enter variance account information.
If you completely exit the form, then bring up the uncosted resource and perform the maintenance, you will be able to update the record without any problems.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Bill > Resources
2. Query resources
3. Find an uncosted resource, modify the description and see the error when saving.
