Symptoms

Customer entered a collection element named Status on a collection plan. When selecting the element status and then click on Action button, it shows the rule that when status equals "Not in SDS Books" it is to invoke the action send an electronic mail notification. click on Action Details and the following pop up shows. FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change. FRM-40735: ON-LOCK trigger raised unhandled exeception ORA-20002.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Customer entered a collection element named Status on a collection plan.
2. When selecting the element status and then click on Action button, it shows the rule that when status equals "Not in AAA Books" it is to invoke the action send an electronic mail notification.
3. click on Action Details and the following pop up shows. FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change. FRM-40735: ON-LOCK trigger raised unhandled execption ORA-20002.
