Symptoms

When a part time employee is terminated on SOP, end date for the part time hours is not reported in penserver extract file

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Under UK HRMS Manager responsibility:
1. (N) Processes and Reports - Submit Processes and Reports - Run Penserver Interface process
2. Check output
