Cannot Personalize EBS Logo when Using Simplified Home Page (Doc ID 2587898.1)

Symptoms

On R12.2.6 env, after setting below profile for any user at User Level, access the Simplified Home page, and try to personalize but there will not have an item for "Product Branding Image: E-Business Suite Home"
on the personalize page.
Profile1 - FND: Top-Level Menu Display Mode (FND_TOP_LEVEL_MENU_DISPLAY_MODE)
Value - Icons and Links at User Level
Profile2 - Self Service Personal Home Page mode (APPLICATIONS_HOME_PAGE)
Value - Framework Simplified at User Level
