Symptoms

ISSUE

The Email notification generation failed with the following error:
*This error can happen when attachments are included on the PO.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Users creates Purchase Order
2. User sends Purchase Oder for approval
3. Next approver opens Purchase Order approval notification and the error is seen.

Error Message 3835: Error '100 - ORA-01403: no data found' encountered during
execution of Generate function 'WF_XML.Generate' for event
'oracle.apps.wf.notification.send'.
