Contact Center form taking long time to open from Create Service Request form
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the Contact Center form to open quickly
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Customer Support responsibility
3. Navigate to Find Service Request and query with request number
Service Request form is opening without any delay
4.Now from Tools>Contact Center
The search takes a long time to open the Contact center
