ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Portfolio detail report shows few transactions which were performed in previous period

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the report should show only the leases which has current period amendment

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform an amendment
2. Run the portfolio detail report


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot See the correct list of tranasctions
