Blanket Release Form not Able to Open from Scheduler Workbench in German Language (Doc ID 2588779.1)

On : 12.2.7

When attempting to open a release from the item schedule form, the following error occurs.

Das Dokument, auf das Sie zugreifen möchten, wurde gelöscht

Translation - The document you are trying to access has been deleted

Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to supplier schedule form
2. Query schedule
3. Open Item Schedule
4. Click Orders button
5. Select release and click Open button

This works for English but not for German. The same schedule and release were used to test both languages
