Additional Information(DFF) for Mexico do not appear in Receipt form.

Message appears "There are no displayable segments for this descriptive flexfield context."


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
DFF should be enable for Mexico.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Receivables > receipt -> receipt
2. Check the GDF
