Price Order Function is Not Fetching The Secondary Price List (Doc ID 2588954.1)

Goal

Sales Order is imported with Price List A and Warehouse A.

Price list A does not contain any price list lines but it has Multiple Secondary price lists.  Secondary price lists are with "Ship From Warehouse" as qualifier.

Order gets imported with Warehouse A, on changing the warehouse on sales order line and doing reprice, the corresponding secondary price list is fetched correctly and price of the item is displayed

However, if user updates price list on header and saves ( note that the warehouse on Lines is automatically updated on saving) And then does Price Order then the error "Price was not found on price list XXX XXX  for this item ABCD and uom Ea" is displayed.
