"Error: Stale Data" Browsing Supplier Data (Doc ID 2589744.1)

The following error pops up when navigating between supplier pages.
PLEASE NOTE: User is not doing any update, just browsing the supplier information.


ERROR
-----------------------
The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).
Cause:
The view object ByrSuppAM.HzPuiTaxFinancialAM.HzPuiTaxFinancialVO contained no record. The displayed records may have been deleted, or the current record for the view object may not have been properly initialized.
To proceed, please select the Close Window link at the top of the application page to return to the main menu. Then, access this page again using the application's navigation controls (menu, links, and so on) instead of using the browser's navigation controls like Back and Forward.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Supplier Lifecycle Management application
2. Search for a supplier
3. Click on Company profile > Organization
4. See the error:
The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).
