Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, CLAIMS

Claims Autopay Program fails with following error


ERROR
-----------------------
Offer Payment Method: Account Credit
Status : Auto Pay Failed.
Error : The program failed to create claim in autopay because currency code is missing for customer xxxxx (nnnn) . Enter a correct currency code for customer xxxxx (nnnn) .


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Oracle Trade Management User responsibility
3. Run Claims Autopay program from Trade Management

Observe the above error in the program output
