While attempting to upload line changes using the webadi functionality, the following error occurs:


ERROR

ERROR:xxAward Document exists with the Document Number = xx.
But the Award cannot be updated as It is in one of the following statuses :
Approved ,Pre-approved or In-process.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to BWC- query an order, go to lines
2. Update with excel- download the sheet and modify the line qty
3. Upload the sheet-> Purchase Orders Spreadsheet Import ends in a warning and the log file shows the error:PO_WS_AWARD_CANNOT_UPDATE
