ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Performance issue while selecting with % on the instance field

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Open a new Service Request --> Charges: create new line > Item Instances: Enter % and search it takes a long time to open


This happens after applying the patch 27984342:R12.CS.C
