Adhoc Tax amount vanishes from India Tax Details Form POST GST RUP11 Sep Consolidation

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Adhoc tax Amount should not disappear once saved and applied.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an AR Transaction.
2. Go to Tools > India Tax Details form and add Adhoc taxes.
3. Entered Adhoc Amount and click on 'Apply'. Tax Amount got vanished.
4. Again added Amount and clicked on 'Apply' .and saved the details.
5. Tax Amount populated correctly in India Tax Details form.
6. Completed the Transaction and noticed that only rate based tax amount is
appearing at AR Distributions level.
7. Adhoc Tax Amount not appearing in AR Distributions.
