RetroPay (Enhanced) completes in error.

HR_7053_ELE_NOT_UPD_REE ELEMENT_NAME [Element Name]
ASSIGNMENT XXXX
APP-PAY-07053: Cannot update recurring element entry for assignment XXXX and element [Element Name]
Reason: The attempt to update the standard recurring element entry for assignment number XXXX and element [Element Name] has failed.
ETNAME [Element Name]
APP-PAY-51119: Error was encountered when processing Element [Element Name]

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Payroll run process and QuickPayroll for an employee in the same month.
2. Run RetroPay (Enhanced).
