Symptoms
When attempting to execute payroll after applying a patch related to US Payroll, the following error is found in the log file or run messages:

“Formula US_TAX_VERTEX_MISC: ORA-04063: package body "APPS.FFP####_01010001" has errors;ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.FFP####_01010001";ORA-06512: at line 2”
Steps to Reproduce

From US HRMS Manager responsibility:
1. Run Payroll process.
Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request
2. Check log file and find the error.
